Where can I find unique(and hopefully relatively affordable) bridesmaids dresses?
I don’t really want the typical solid colour floor length gown for my bridesmaids. I’ve been searching around for evening dresses and items that fall into other categories besides “bridesmaid dresses” in hopes to find something with some flair, maybe some fun patterns, etc. Does anyone have some site suggestions? And bonus points if you know of some good Canadian sites!!
I would suggest going to a nice department store. You can also go to a bridal salon; they don’t exclusively carry long gowns – there are many catalogs to look through for some shorter dresses. Go to www.target.com
Isaac Mizrahi now designs for Target and does have a “bridal” line. Kind of funny [Target], but they ARE nice. These are exclusively sold online – not in the stores. There are some cute bridesmaid dresses, cheap, and also people have given ratings (i.e., true to size, how the material feels, etc.) Good luck!
