Where to find a black/white formal dress for teen?

So I’m going to this formal sweet sixteen in january and I need some help finding a dress. The theme is black and white or something but I’m supposed to wear a black and white dress. Solid black or solid white is also good. I don’t care too much about specifics as long as it’s about knee length or shorter.
