Where can I find a short, sexy, white dress in NYC today?

I live in New York City and I am looking for a short and sexy plain white dress to wear under my halloween costume (I am being cleopatra) I have all the Accessories all I need is a cute dress. I’m having trouble because the summer is over now and I can’t find a white dress. Any suggestions?

Because it’s already fall, that may not be an easy task.

Try the bigger department stores since they may have more variety. Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, JCPenney’s, etc.
