where can i find REALLY cheap dresses for Homecoming?

My parents are reluctant to buy a separate dress for homecoming. i bought one last year in 8th grade that i really like, but my friends say that it is cheap to wear the same dress again. where can i find cute but inexpensive ($20-30) dresses for homecoming?
i dont live near a dillards, although they have really cute dresses.
