Wedding Dress?
My sister is getting married and I want to know whether any ladies out there have bought a wedding dress or a bridesmaid dress from a website called bestbridalprices.com. I want to know whether the quality was good, you were satisfied with the colors, etc.
The wedding dress my sister has chosen is

It is a lot more cheaper than the retail price at the designer’s store, so we are tempted to buy it here.
Also, has anybody that has bought a wedding dress online been able to go to a wedding store that sells that collection and alter your dress there? Do you charge you and how much?
Thanks in advance.

Very pretty! My concern (I’m dress shopping myself and have been tempted to buy online) but my concern is that the dress may not fit correctly or be true to size. And when it comes time to alter the dress you may find that it just doesn’t alter correctly. That’s my concern.
The bridal boutiques are more expensive for a reason – they offer much more in the way of service and such. I think for this one day I am not going to go bargain shopping. I’m going to spend a bit more to get the service that I may need as well.
Oh, and as someone else said here.. if your sister is thinking about buying a colored bridesmaid dress online be very wary about the dye lots!!! You HAVE to be sure the dresses come from the same dye lots or you will very likely end up with different shades of dresses… and sometimes it is VERY noticeable.
Just my 2 cents!
